All digital items sold through the LPC Store are for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly licensed otherwise.
Refunds for digital products are not guaranteed once downloaded or accessed.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing, discontinue items, or modify product details at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

Return and Refund Policy

At Joel the General LLC, including all platforms operated under joelthegent.com, realtalk-tv.com, LPC Entertainment, and the LPC Store, we strive to deliver quality service and customer satisfaction. However, we understand there may be rare occasions where a refund is necessary.

Digital Products

All sales of digital downloads, audio files, and virtual content are final and non-refundable once accessed, unless the product is defective, misrepresented, or unable to be delivered due to our error.

Services Rendered (e.g., coaching, consultations, debt strategy plans)

We do not offer refunds for services already rendered except under the following lenient terms:

A refund may be issued if requested within two (2) calendar months from the date of service initiation or before the client receives their second billing statement related to the service—whichever comes first.
Refunds will only be granted when the service is deemed:
- Misrepresented or inconsistent with its advertised description.
- Ineffective due to oversight or failure to perform on our part.

We value integrity and transparency. If a service did not meet expectations and your concern is genuine, we will happily honor a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Donation Policy

Donations made to support our mission, outreach, and podcast production are considered voluntary and non-refundable unless submitted in error.
